Instead of cooling the entire bottle, the ravi cools the wine itself. Simply store the inner cartridge of the ravi in the freezer so that it is always ready to go. When needed, remove the ravi from the freezer, attach the base, place it in the neck of a bottle, pour, and “Voila!” When the wine hits the glass, it will be at the right temperature. In fact, as the wine flows through the ravi, its temperature drops by an average of 12 degrees Fahrenheit in an instant.
